Description
The Victron MultiPlus 12/2000/80-50 120V combines a pure sine wave inverter, an adaptive battery charger and a fast AC transfer switch in one unit. This is the 120V North American version, certified to UL 458, for vehicles, boats and off-grid systems running 120V AC loads from a 12V battery bank.
Key features
- PowerControl and PowerAssist: limits shore or generator current, and boosts a small supply with battery power when loads peak.
- Uninterrupted AC: the transfer switch changes over in under 20 ms, so computers and other sensitive equipment keep running when the grid or generator drops.
- Adaptive 4-stage charging for lead-acid and lithium batteries, plus a second output to trickle-charge a starter battery.
- Parallel and 3-phase capable: up to 6 units in parallel, or split-phase/three-phase configurations.
- VE.Bus: monitor and configure through a GX device, VRM or the VictronConnect app (with MK3 or VE.Bus Smart dongle).
